when we are born I believe we come in knowing who we are. With all of our dreams, hopes, wishes and desires delivered by our soul - firmly implanted in our hearts to put us on our path of life. Then perhaps the challenge and the journey of life is to hold onto those dreams and manifest them even as our human ego grows and works to push and pull us off course. This is the dance of life. On my own journey, I knew as a little girl as far back as I can remember that singing was my center and my guide. It has been a cornerstone for me through thick and thin helping me recenter myself when life's slings and arrows impart their blows. The art of songwriting has also given me the most beautiful avenue to take the pain, the broken moments that we all inevitably go through in this life and transform them into a music prayer that can heal and salve a wound that has been laid bare and open. Equally, music has been the gift I can harness to express the joy, the hope and the belief in our constant and ultimately positive evolution of the human experience. In singing and writing through it all the thread of life is interwoven into a unique design of the tapestry that is my life but also the thread of another's. We each have been given a personal tapestry to be woven, interconnecting with the threads of the tapestries of others that cross our path. Some of the crossings are daily, some only momentary but each strand is woven in and creates the bespoke patterns of our lives. Every interaction we have with another human being is made manifest in our own personal tapestry - the harmony or discord rendered visible in the cloth.

It is from these life sources and forces that LOVE IS EVERYTHING has come into being. It is truly a celebration of all that I have experienced in this life so far, an acknowledgement of every blessed and beautiful human being that has crossed my path, known or unknown, both negative and positive, temporal or enduring. They have and will always be the teachers of my life, the weavers of my cloth and the reflection of the oneness that we ultimately all embody.

The songs that I chose for the LOVE album were created by artists for whom I feel a tremendous respect and gratitude towards. Their music cloth (along with so many others) have deeply influenced and helped create my own unique tapestry. I finally felt at a place that I had grown enough to serve these beautiful songs and to interpret them in a way that was personal to me - and in doing so pay true homage.

The IS Album is a new collection of my own songs, some of which have been with me since my twenties that have now only found their moment to be recorded. Such a deep lesson in the idea that every moment forms an indelible etching in our life and that these moments are there to guide us to ourselves even when the road may not be revealed for many many years. Nothing is wasted. Nothing is for nothing. The seeds we plant will always fruit, just not always in the timeline we perceive. Patience and purpose seems to be the key.

Which brings me to the EVERYTHING Album, a curation of many moments of music joy that I got to experience with my co-conspirators on our music journey. This Album was recorded over 10 enriching years from our unforgettable, sometimes mystical shows in our Magical Muse Garden and The Muse Room. What is particularly sacred to me about these recordings is that I get to have my music mentors be with me one more time forever.

And so now I let the music speak and weave and create it's own harmony in you. I thank you profoundly for listening and allowing me to be a part of your cloth.
